Join the Key West Art & Historical Society, Tennessee Williams Museum, Fringe Theater and Williams Hall as they present, The Men of Tennessee Williams: A Staged Reading.
Williams, one of the leading American playwrights of the 20th century and a resident of Key West for more than thirty years, he often portrayed strong male characters in his works. During the evening’s reading of two one-act plays, these men will be explored in greater detail. Works that will be examined are The Parade, or Approaching the End of a Summer and The Big Game.
Directed by Wende Shoer, the readers include Wayne Dapser, Jim Argoudelis, Merle Dimbath, Jim Speake, Wayne Smith, Nancy 3 Hoffman, Samantha Laskey, Zach Franchini, Thom Masat, and Alana Thurston.
