Children aged 10-12 can join local artists and woodcarvers Andy Thurber and Michael Marrero for a hands-on wood carving class that introduces the Key West island tradition of bas-relief carving.
Designed for children, this class offers a unique opportunity to learn essential carving techniques while creating your own island-inspired artwork. All materials and tools will be provided, just bring your creativity and curiosity!
Parents are required to fill out the ArtCamp! Emergency Contact Form and Camper Code of Conduct. This will be emailed to parents in the reminder email. If your child has attended one of our camps or workshops in the past year, you will not need to fill out another form unless the information has changed. We Will have copies available the day of the class.
