Join Us For Our Holiday Concert & Bazaar

Artisan Vendors

The opulent bazaar offers shoppers a trove of unique gift options to choose from, including handcrafted jewelry, clothing, textiles, home décor, confections, and stationary. Food and drink vendors sited around the property add to the festive spirit.

Live Music & Entertainment

Attendees can enjoy live holiday music from the Bahama Village Music Program’s Joyful Voices Choir and House of Pan Steel Pan Drums ensemble, the Key West Saxophone Quartet, the End of the World Ukulele Gang, and more.

Animated Holiday Projections

After dark and throughout the evening, Conch 5 Studios—students from Key West High School—will thrill attendees with a magical animated projection show on the face of the museum set to music, an annual crowd favorite.

Festival of Trees

The Society hosts its popular Festival of Trees during which a series of holiday trees will line the museum’s porch decorated by local students and sponsored by Key West businesses. The trees are afterwards donated to families in need before the holidays.

Vendor Information & Application (COMING EARLY OCTOBER)

Booth Fees: tbd
Set-up: NOON – 3 PM | Breakdown: After 9:15 PM
KWAHS will be in contact with all vendors the week of the event to schedule a load-in time.

Porch vendors will need to provide their own 6’ banquet table (only 1 per booth fee) and display equipment for their 6’ x 8’ space.  Street-level vendors will be provided with a designated 10’x 10’ space and will need to provide their own infrastructure and battery powered lighting.  All vendors will need weights for their tents.  All food vendors must register for a space in Park Lot East or West – no exceptions.  Spaces are first come, first served.

Annual Festival of Trees

We’re excited to revive a beloved tradition from the ’90s by partnering with MARC House and Monroe County Schools to bring back our Annual Festival of Trees Event—now hosted at the Key West Museum of Art & History.
Monroe County students will design and decorate Holiday trees, which will be showcased around the museum porch during the week leading up to our Annual Holiday Concert & Bazaar on December 12th. Visitors to the Bazaar can cast their vote for the best-decorated tree, with proceeds supporting the winning classroom and KWAHS Educational Programming.
After the event, the beautifully decorated trees will be donated to families in need through the Key West Housing Authority, spreading holiday cheer throughout the community.
Join us for the Holiday Concert & Bazaar, cast your vote for your favorite tree, and help support local students and educational initiatives!
